Just turned 30 and I'm fed up of being the weight I am. I'm 195lbs and I would much rather be closer to 125lbs. I'm looking for a support network to help me stay on track, in return I will do the same for you!

    I am too from the UK and in need of help. Im not from London, but I do love the place. Whenever hubby and I visit we stay at the city airport travelodge.
