SNACKING!!!!!!!

I actually cannot stop snacking, and I don't know why!!! My snacks almost always add up to waaaaay over the cal amount of my actual meals- i just don't know how to stop- well, I know what I should be doing but it never seems to work out that way, I just cant say no to a bit of chocolate or a yoghurt or a biscuit, its what makes me happy when I am bored. A treat to look forward to! ARGHHHHHHh.

Anyone else feel like this? Its just such a battle all the time, if I could give up snacking I would probably be half a stone lighter.
