Greetings all!

I was always supermodel skinny before a series of catastrophic illnesses and injuries. Now every meal and movement is a struggle, so I am very open to advice.

Is there a free online meal planner/recipes for diabetics that you could recommend?

Best wishes to everyone on achieving your health and weight loss goals!

Have you checked out DLife? Google it if you haven't. Good luck!
  • THX for the lead; seems like a very helpful site! Was not able to find any sample menus though, do you know where I might find them? I'm having a problem assembling a properly balanced meal.

Sorry I didn't get back - got hammered at work again. Trying to make headway on this pile now on my desk! I would google "diabetic meal plan" and see what it comes up with. If I have a chance and find anything - I'll post it. Saying that however, it is my personal opinion that they generally want you to eat too many carbs. I had better success eating about 1/2 the carbs "they" recommended.
