Do you take a break from MFP?

I was just wondering if anyone else takes a break from keeping under their strict calories from time to time? I usually take a break during the weekends, and then I am back at it again. It gives me more flexibility and it doesn't seem to impact me negatively, since the rest of the days I am under my limit. Also it makes it less stressful and satisfactory to eat what I want on a couple of days. What do you guys do?

    I pretty much take the weekends off, however having been using MFP for awhile now, I still try to maintain my calorie goals. I just don't record or pay too close attention. It keeps me sane and on track :)
