    Multiple Orgasms

    For women:
    2 = 14 calories
    5 = 30 calories
    8 = 47 calories
    (Depending her rate of recovery a woman can enjoy around 8 orgasms within an hour period without losing consciousness or disarranging her hair. As the number increases she may begin to experience a form of “reduced sanity” that will temporarily interfere with her ability to make the beds and cook supper.)

    This whole thing was hilarious, but I just want to say that most times, I have multiples (at least 4, no joke), and I have to say for the record that I am never worried about disarranging hair - however I have been known to get numb and tingly in my hands and face. :wink:

    Sexual intercourse has long been known as a super healthy activity with many benefits. One of these benefits is weight loss. In a 30 minute session of lovemaking you can burn anywhere between 80 to 200 calories (depending on how rigorous the session, positions used, among other factors).

    If you make love 3 times a week, you can burn 7,500 calorie annually which is the equivalent of what you would achieve if you jog for 75 miles! Imagine that!

    Indeed, sex may be the ultimate diet supplement as it not only burns calories but also:

    1. Improves cardiovascular fitness due to your heavy breathing and increased heart rate during lovemaking.

    2. Tones the muscles, including several muscle groups that rarely come into play during your regular routine.

    3. Reduces stress which is know to contribute to weight gain especially around the abdominals. Reducing stress can also help reduce the risk of heart diseases and other illnesses.

    4. Helps you sleep better. Studies show that people who sleep better than others tend to lose weight faster.

    All in all, going on a sex diet is a very good idea. Of course, you can't stay in bed all day long. You do need to do regular workouts and to watch your nutrition. However, as lovemaking is a lot of fun and helps to keep the flames of desire running between you and your mate, it's a good idea to make it part of your routine.

    Having sex can help you lose weight and become even more sexy.

    1 and 2 I agree with cause you need alot of different muscles for some of them positions :) 3 and 4 definately come into play as well but I don't think it burns that many calories otherwise I would have been skinny my whole life with an appetite like mine.

    In my mind, I think that's a "normal life" activity that you've been doing all along - I don't count it as exercise...as I don't count normal house cleaning either - as I've done it for years and was still fat....But that's just MHO

    I count lawn mowing when I push the mower - because I would never have done that before....I count running, elliptical, circuit training, strength training - I think you get the picture.

    I have a Polar f6 and love it!
