Well here goes, Kathleen here from Wexford, Ireland . Joined on Monday time to get tough with myself now, have given up the fizzy drinks, sweets etc. but i'm finding it so hard to get motivated into the exercise. Any tips??

I had the same issue when I began. I loathed the idea of exercising and put it off for as long as I could. Try starting with something you might enjoy: an active and interractive video game from Wii or Kinect, dancing, etc. Or, exercise while doing something you already enjoy: step aearobics while watching TV, dumbells while enjoying a movie, and the like. Before you know it, you will find that it gets easier and you will begin to enjoy it. Start off slow. Even a few minutes is better than nothing at all. And, if you find yourself getting tired after only 10 or 15 minutes, remember that studies show it isn't how much continuous exercise you do...it's how much total you do. When I began, I was all about 10 minutes three times a day. Now, I'm up to about 2 or 3 hours total in a day - in only a few months! Finally, when push comes to shove, you CAN do it and you WILL succeed!0

Ohhh well done , and thanks, i think a little walk round the block with the dog might be the trick , but i feel so tired, someone said green tea might help!0
