I have two 10lb weight kettle bells, 5lb dumb bells and a 5lb kettle bell. I have zero gym equipment and no extra money for the gym...anyone wanna help me come up with a strength training plan to help me build more muscle? lol. I know I know probably not able to do it without a bar bell and everything else wishful thinking. Though I am seriously wanting to start lifting

I like the ifitness app for the iOS. It has a good collection of exercises and you can narrow down by equipment, create routines and track progress. It includes videos on each exercise as well. I think it is currently on sale for $0.99.
I also work out at home with a limited collection of weights. Most of my routine involves body weight, dumb bells and a resistance band.0 -
I'll look into that thanks0
