IM IN THE PROCESS OF LOOSING A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WEIGHT. I HAVE LOST 44LBS AND AM LOOKING TO LOOSE 40LBS MORE. I HAVE HAD THE HARDEST TIME TONING MY BODY. MY TWO PROB AREAS ARE MY ARMS AND LOWER STOMACH. ANY SUGGESTIONS? IM REALLY TRYING TO AVOID SAGGING SKIN. THE ONLY WKOUTS THAT I HAVE BEEN DOING ARE THE SUPREME DAY 90 AND AM ON DAY 33.
