First run after rolled ankle

So I "severely" rolled my ankle 2 weeks ago playing with my dog. I am almost pain free except for the when I am at the extreme flexing angles of my foot.

Today (against my doctors advice) I started running again. Over all it was fine but I couldn't take not being able to do anything for another week. Long and the short of it is my foot now goes numb while running but regains feeling once I stop.

I am assuming that is bad?
