Different diets: where is there crossover?

Options
I don't have an uninterested/non-dieting partner, my boyfriend is great and supports me 100% (he kicks my butt to get out walking and brings me healthy breakfast in bed!)

BUT he's doing the Keto-diet (high fat, very low carbs) and I'm doing the low-fat diet (I eat a lot of sugar!) so there aren't many dinner meals we can have together. Sometimes we just cook 2 separate meals, but it can be tiresome!

And we're getting sick of steak on salad (our go-to since it works for both of us)

Does anyone know anything about Keto-options that would also be good for low-fat diets? Or is this a mission-impossible?

The names of the diets answer it for you. There are only three macronutrients. If he's on low carb and you're on low fat, all you've got left to share is protein - so any recipe based around veg, beans, fish, lean meat and nuts.
