I know this is a little silly to get excited over, but I had to share. One of the reasons I am trying to lose weight and get healthier is to avoid high cholesterol & blood pressure and diabetes. Two years ago my total cholesterol was 220 and my triglycerides (sp?) was 350 so I have been trying to eat better for since then. I started with MFP in June to seriously lose the weight. (ok to my point now.) So I recently had my cholesterol checked again and my over was 192 and my triglycerides were 129!! Yeah!! I am so happy about this I just had to share.
Thanks for letting me be a little silly.

    No goal is silly.
    Congratulations!
I'm diabetic and my last A1C was 5.8 - still a little high, but I'll take it!
Keep it up. The small steps soon turn into big leaps!
