I have said it before..I'll say it again!!

MUSCLE DOES NOT WEIGH MORE THAN FAT!!

If you take a POUND of muscle & a POUND of fat.....set them on a scale.........guess what?
THEY WEIGH THE SAME= A POUND!!!!

Muscle takes up less space than fat.
Muscle is more condensed than fat.....fat is squishy & lumpy, while muscle is LEAN!!!

I'm sorry...I just have to laugh whenever I hear somebody say: "maybe the scales are going up, because you're building muscle"

When you lose weight..you're losing water, and inches from the fat shrinking on your body. The muscle you are gaining is metabolizing the fat...burning it up!

The scale is going up, because of excess water....your body will desperately hold on to sodium & water while you are exercising and restricting calories.

Drinking water to flush out the toxins are a great way to deter the sodium & water retaining.

Take your body weight
Divide that by 8
That will give you how many cups you should drink daily.
There are 16 cups in a gallon.
