For the past 4 days I have found myself wanting to crash around 3-4pm. I haven't had this problem in a very long time. It is powerful and I can barely keep my eyes open. What do you do when you feel this happening to you? Ideas? Thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks so much! =)

Take a quick walk outside-- this always wakes me up. I'll walk around the building a couple times, maybe for ten minutes. Then I'm good to finish the work day.

Try Big Red Gum or pop a peppermint.

I go on a quick walk around the building. Or I have life water or vitamin water in the afternoons, especially the ones with the "'b" vitamins, those perk me up.

Both great ideas, Thanks ladies. It's 105 degrees outside that may for sure wake me up, if I take a short walk it would for sure get me running back inside! haha

B12 Vitamin. Good for you and helps give you a boost.

I have been taking a b12 vitamin daily. I hear the shot works better but I am not a fan of needles. I will start taking he b12 in the afternoon instead of the morning to see if that makes a difference,
