do you count it or not?

I mean, do you count it as WATER or something else? I know that it's in the food logs, but do you count it towards your water intake for the day or not?

What's your opinion?

i would count it since it contains sugar and other stuff not found in water...just some advice I would stay away from it since it really does nothing compared to water I know it is considered healthy, but its not I mean its better than soda but try and cut down on it
if you like drinking it for flavor try adding lemon to your water or cucumber slices even try natural tea from a place like teavana (not like lipton packages) its healthy and you could count that in your daily water intake

I've was using it after some minor dental surgery, although it's not something I'd normally drink. One bottle is pretty much 120 calories worth of cane sugar and some vitamins that I can get from my normal diet. :)

But, yes, I'd count it towards your daily water intake if you're tracking how much water you drink during a given day... I don't usually bother tracking water intake since I tend to have way more than 48 oz. of fluids on a normal day.

You also want to count the 120 calories towards your calorie limit of course.
