Crossfit?

Hey MFPers -

I've been in a good diet/exercise cycle and am officially down 10lbs over the last 2 months. I want to find new ways to push my fitness and continue to lose weight. So, I'm seriously considering Crossfit. Are any of you pursuing Crossfit?

My questions to you:

How has Crossfit changed your life? How many times a week do you go for this? I literally can't even do a traditional push up (though I can bust out a lot of modified push-ups) - I know they say it's scalable, but am I even fit enough to start at the bottom level?
