No - over 500 calories
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Nothing that I can think of
What would I have done differently?
I had the munchies all day and I didn't exercise. I should have exercised. THis is the worse day I've had since I started in June. Ah... thank goodness for today :happy:

Yes

Yes

Took a 50 minute brisk walk when I really felt like taking a nap
What would I have done differently?
Nothing ... it went pretty well (except I wouldn't have worried about some of the trivial things that worked out well anyway in the long run)

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? did take a 10 minute walk (which isn't too bad since I have the flu)
What would I have done differently?
it is so hard to stay within my calories when I'm home all day (sick :sick: ) and want comfort food ... I through I was trying pretty hard to limit my calories - but when I ate I made bad choices - high fat/high calorie foods
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and get better so that hopefully tomorrow I can exercise in the morning0
