Help! I think I hit a plateau after ONLY 8lbs of weight loss

I've been working my *kitten* off for the past 2 months and for the past 2 weeks the scale has not moved at all. In fact I gained 1.5lbs. I've kept my cals between 1450 and 1900 (on the days I go to the gym) and working out 3x a week at 5:30am (ugh!). I knew I would hit a plateau sooner than later, but after only 8lbs it's a HUGE disappointment. I was reading that my body is probably used to the exercise, so next month I'm going to try 30 Day Shred. I'm thinking my calories may also be too low? I've tried different calculators and they all tell me different amounts. I'm nowhere near my target weight so it's frustrating.
