I started my weight loss journey right after I had my son in May of 2010. I weighed the most I had ever weighed in my entire life.


Starting weight: 289 lbs

    I actually weigh as much as you did right now, and my goal weight is also 160lbs, and seeing your final pic at 185lbs definitely makes me feel more confident about my choice. I was worried it may not be enough. Congrats on the weight loss, and our weight and goals being exactly the same definitely inspires and encourages me! Good luck with the rest. :D
