Soooo, today I completed Week 5 day 2 this morning. (Even though I can run 20 minutes straight, I slacked off today since I hadn't ran in about a week) I feel great other than my hip hurting :tongue:

I plan to continue week 5 for a week or so, then move on with the rest of couch to 5 K.... Maybe in the spring I could be doing 10 K :laugh:
