My little introduction...

Hi y'all.
My name is Caroline and I'm just trying to become more healthful.
I'm at college, and its really hard to lose weight when going out is what we do best...alcohol kills me.
And its much easier to get take out than to cook for myself, seeing as how i have class from 8-3 and rehearsal from 4-7 EVERYDAY. i stay busy...but unfortunately, not very active.
Its time for me to hit the gym again and take control over this slow but all too steady weight gain pattern i've achieved for myself.

I love reading all of your tips and recipes.
Its really going to help me.
