    Yes they are definately challenging, but it was a good way to get my boyfirend and I to do something together, as even though we were on different weeks, we could still track things.

    I would recommend them! Good luck, the squats hurt quite a bit the first few times through :wink:

    I am going to do the "tests" on Friday, then start the programs (yes, all of them) on Sunday. I will do them on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am currently doing the Couch to 5K program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so this will supplement that nicely. By the way, the program is for 200 squats :noway:
