Ugh lost motivation :(

So 2 and a half weeks ago I started to run more after my 2nd 10k. I'm not really a runner yet I jog and walk 1.75 miles

well last week i was jogging for like 7 min straight but got shin splints so I took it easy.

I ran Monday this week and I couldn't do what I did last week.....It was like back to the start but with a lot of cramps and stuff :(

Ugh Monday killed my mojo. thought I was doing good but I guess not :/

Takes me about 20 min to do 1.75 miles
