I am 5'4 and weigh 180 my goal weight is 130. I want to start doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and Ripped in 30 but I am not sure if I should wait until I've dropped a few more pounds. I have never worked out before, just started a few weeks ago, so I want to make sure I get the fabulous results I'm looking for. If I start these toning workouts will it just bulk me up or will I still be losing as well? Anyways some suggestions would be great. Thanks
