I recently had knee surgery so I havnt done much exercise for about a month! Does anyone have any suggestions of exercises that would get me going again, I've lost all willpower! And something that wouldnt be too strenuous on my knee either? Thanks in advance

take a look at my workouts starting today...tomorrow will be different. I had to rewrite my programs because I had double lower leg surgery just over a week ago....so that means no running, no elliptical, no lower body weights....so basically all I can do is cycle, lift upper body, and do core work. Today was more of a non-traditional upper body day using a Total Gym and Kettlebells0

Thats great thanks, I was starting to feel so lazy because I was just starting to use my leg as an excuse not to exercise! I've started cycling now which is good, and its not weight bearing. Thanks for your help0
