Lean Ground Turkey "hamburger steak" calories ???

OK..I made "hamburger steak" tonight with gravy and onion. I used lean ground turkey instead of hamburger and but I can't find a calorie count for it. The original recipe shows it being 319 calories for 1 patty but I am wondering if this would be a big difference in the ground turkey calories that I used. Any ideas...I call myself looking in the database but I didn't see anything for it. Can anyone help me???

    I do it with all ingredients made in the meal. Glad that the idea worked :) For hamburger often I have to do similar and for turkey. Just find the fat degree
