Body Fat % - Need Help!!!

Hi Everyone -

Losing body fat, do I need to watch what I am eating in regards to carbs, fat, etc??? I workout 6 days a week, mostly cardio, but have incorporated a boot camp class three times a week. The BC class has weights, lunges, squats, and abs in it. I also spin twice a week, and the last day is eliptical with some ropes, burpees, weights, etc.....

I feel like I am at a stand still and having a "fat" week and wondering how long it takes to lose body fat and get down to 18% or lower? I think I am around 23%. I am 5'5" and weigh 132. I wanted to get to 125ish....hovering between 125 and 129....but I am fitting into clothes ok, just wanted to know what I could be doing wrong with the eating. What makes you lose that fat??? Time???? Protein???
