I'm Amber and I'm 20 years old. I started MFP last week on my kindle fire just for the fun of it, to see what watching my calories could do for me since I've been trying to lose weight for a while now. One week later, I'm 2lbs lighter and feeling really good about all of it. I know it's a small accomplishment, but I mean, that's all it said I would lose in a week. Plus it's giving me a real kick in the butt when it comes to avoiding awful foods I love like mac-and-cheese. Also, I'll need the reinforcements to keep me on track while I move into my new apartment next week.

I want to drop from 175 to 135. It's still 10lbs heavier than I was at my thinnest during freshman year of highschool. But I don't really want to go back to that underdeveloped body weight. I want to keep some of the curves I've acquired with age. :]

Looking to make some friends and share some inspiring words on here to accompany me on my journey to my ideal figure.
