Yoga is nice I have also been using Quigong for pain. It is awesome and helps a great deal. It is very much like tai chi and is based on slow controled movements.
I definately feel better after using the tape and would recomend it to anyone.

I think it is a nice alternative to the yoga. For me yoga is very difficult and the poses are just not possible without having some sort of pain or joint issue. So if you are interested check it out.0
