I'm new

Hi. I just joined recently. I'm tired of feeling tired all the time and no energy to do anything. My goal is to lose 20 lbs and I'd be happy. Please add me as your friend. I would love to hear what anyone one is doing to lose weight. I can do this! I think I can.

I am exercising and maintaining 1200 calories a day to help me lose weight, tone my body. I felt the same way before, I was always tired, and now I find myself getting up so much earlier for work, and actually having time to work out and get stuff done in the morning! Have a great day! You can do this!!
