I want to know if anyone uses a rebound trampoline to exercise and how do you calculate the calories burned?

    I do have a rebounder. There's a thread here somewhere from last week about it.
    I found the calculations for exercise on the internet.
    However, I think they're probably low.

    I also found info on the net, but there's a lot of conficting info on how you should calculate calories burned on a rebound trampoline.
    I'll see if I can find the thread from last week

    Here is my post with some websites regarding Calories Burned.

    I will usually look at three different estimates and average them. There are huge differences in the calculations. I find that Myfitness pal uses extremely high calories-burned calculations. So I don't want to use it as my only source.
