What a horrible day !!!!!!!
Just need to vent alittle, and seeing this is the chit chat place, I guess this is as good as place as any.Today was completely horrible at work, so many menu changes, people griping about hours getting cut, and this and that all day long!!!! Then I come home and DH, not very dear, is a jerk!!!! My additude is shot and right now I could bite someones head off !!!!. Then the oil light decides to come on in my car in the middle of the highway. I go to get my V8 juice from the fridge, and it's gone because "not so dear" decided to drink it all. Can't go get any now. Why you ask, cuz he has my car God only knows where!!!!!!!!!! SCREAM !!!!!!!!!!!!

Sit down, breathe! Meditate, relax, drink some decaf tea or something. Listen to some music, give yourself a facial, something just for you, something relaxing. Tomorrow is a different day. :flowerforyou:0

Take a DEEEP breath and SLOWLY exhale, come on in through the nose out through your mouth. Do a few times, now don't ya feel better? As for me I go run and I have to go quite often cuz I get like you QUITE often!!! *kitten* happens and "we" must do something or we will explode, that is why I run, it is better than grabbing something and eating it and really not even tasting it because we are STILL focused on what ticked us off!!! Go for a fast walk or something, but PLEASE do not eat something you will regret later!!! YOU can do it, I know ya can!! Hang in there girl this is YOUR life!!!!

take a nice relaxing bubble bath. Close the doors, turn off the phone, and just relax. Take "me" time and just block out everything else. If that doesn't work, cry, scream, have a pillow fight, just stay out of the kitchen!!!

Sometimes, when I have days like that, I just need to burn off the anger. I'll either go on a very brisk, long walk (pretty much just to get away from him before I end up on America's Most Wanted) or I'll hop on my bike and just ride until I'm too tired to be mad anymore. That usually does the trick.....or a nice stiff drink

I totally agree with this one!!! Cranking that ipod up and just heading down the road ALWAYS helps me!! You come home sooo much more calm...plus when i leave he knows i am really pissed off....which leads to a little butt kissing:happy: Good luck tomorrow will be better!0
