Jillian Michaels Shred it with weights, How did you do?

I just did it for the first time today. I only burned 126 calories. I stumbled a few times so I am sure that cost me some calories. My concern is that it isn't a lot of calories burned. I wanted to use this on in between days of the elliptical/treadmill to give my heel a rest. I suffer from plantar faciitis. But I usually burn 300 calories in about 50 mins in the gym. (All I can handle right now)

How did you do if you used this DVD? How much weight/inches did you lose. Did you do any other workouts with it? Any advice would be helpful. I enjoyed the workout just wondering how others did and feel about it.

    I felt the same way. I took an hour walk after just to get my calorie count up my normal burn. I haven't gone back to it.

    I think the best is to use cardio to trim the fat, then use things such as 30DS to build muscle. But that's just my plan! Might not work for everybody. As my sister said, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!! :)

    umm i like it as a alternate work out routine , but when i do it i usually walk or jog or do the elliptical afterwards just because i dont sweat as much ... i feel it is kind of simple.
