I have been eating a banana mid morning and an apple mid afternoon for several months now when I need a snack. I need some other options and would like to hear what some others are doing for a healthy snack that will curb your appetite.
Thanks!

100 calorie almond packs are a great mid morning or afternoon snack...crunchy and yummy0

Almonds, homemade trail mix, string cheese, hummus and veggies, hardboiled eggs, a scoop of peanut butter. Your snacks will stick with you longer if you include some protein with the fruit.0

Snacks? What are they?
Eat proper fulfilling food, listen to your body and treat fruit (and the fructose) like dessert is my world.
If I wanted some munchies I would pick a handful of raw nuts, a small tin of spicy tuna or a hunk of cheese.
And another vote for hard-boiled eggs here, I love eggs ... <drifts off into eggytastic oblivion>0 -
@DeadVim-Thanks! I think I will cut the fruit out unless I want something sweet but I do not generally crave sweets. I am right with you on the hardboiled eggs!0
