I was 5'7 and 150 starting off. You're going to get a wide variety of sizes since it really boils down to how active you are. Some of the people in this thread look deadly at my starting size.

lol I just did a progress pic from finishing Ripped in 30 After 30 Day Shred. I'm 5'5" and my current weight is 143.4. In these side view photos I weighed 156.8, 150.8 & then 143.4.



These are at the 143.4 weight.




ETA... I no longer have much in the way of curves, but I'll take the lean muscle over the fat belly and such I had before any day. Wishing you much success!

I definitely do! Thanks for mentioning this. I hit 150 a few days ago - 8 pound weight loss - and realize from these photos that 150 is very very good looking on everyone

You can look in my photos on my profile I am 150 trying to reach 120. I am extremely short though! I am 5'1 so 150 is unhealthy for me. I am not sure how to post a photo on a reply.

I am 5'6 and currently fluctuating between 152-155. My goal is to be 140. I have been trying to get there for 5 years now. Not working! I had a baby excactly 1 year ago. I gained 40 pounds while pregnant. So I had to lose it all over again.

I have no idea on how to post a picture on here. Other wise I would.
