Ok so saturday is our once a month treat night and will be the first since I started recording everything - haven't decided the what/where yet but how do people record resturant/take out food - do you just pick the best fit from the database or do you have another tip other than demanding they tell you exactly what goes into the meal :huh:

    I generally try and find the best match. Don't kid yourself though, if you have a burger in a restaurant and you find three similar sounding burgers in the database, pick the one with the most calories.
