Questions about the Thirty Day Shred

Am I supposed to actually do it in thirty days? I haven't started it yet (I'm going to start on July 1st). I saw somewhere that some people do two days of the 30ds, then a day of cardio, then another two days of 30ds, then a rest day. Would it even be safe to do the Thirty Day shred every single day for 30 days?

    AFAIK, it was designed with the intention of doing it for 30 consecutive days. Whether or not it's safe to do so depends on you and your health. I did it every day for 2 weeks but then my bad knee caught up to me, so I've been doing it every other day now to give my knees a break.

    Yes, Jillians videos like the 30 day shred and six week 6-pack are basically intended for those consecutive days/weeks. I'm a runner, but love throwing in a Jillian dvd for cross training and just for a switch-up. Like someone said, it really does depend on your healthy and abilities. The first days of new dvds always seem hard to me, but they get much easier, so maybe take it one day at a time!
