Hey, so I just pan-cooked some oatmeal in almond milk, and by the time the oatmeal was cooked the liquid was all but gone, and it got me wondering... are any calories lost when liquid is burned off through the cooking process?

I would hazard a guess and say no, because you're boiling off the water content (i.e. 'reducing' the liquid).0
