This morning I met the first step in my weight loss/healthy living goal. I stepped on the scale and for the first time since BC (before children..Yikes 20 years!) I registered within the healthy weight range and healthy BMI for my height! The next step is to loose 10 more pounds. Once there I will reassess my goals and make a decision to either move to maintenance or set a lower goal weight. It was wonderful to slip into my size 10 capris and a medium shirt this morning. I am thinking clearer, have more energy, and fewer aches and pains. Another perk I have noticed is the way my husband looks at me, this morning he was “checking me out” in my leggings and under armor exercise clothes I am optimistic that I will reach my second goal, I have changed my relationship with food and exercise……we no longer battle with each other.
