    Click on the tools tab. . . Then on weightloss tickers. . and you should be able to figure it out from there!! Good Luck!

    ...once you choose your ticker, you have to copy the html code(like on myspace) , go to my home..then my settings..then click on change signature forum. Paste the code in that box.
