Hello there!!

I am an 18 year old starting college, and I'm tired of being the biggest (or one of the biggest) girl around. I'm already taller than most people I know. I won't say I've just starting this journey- because I haven't- but I have become more serious about it. My cousin (who is like a sister to me) is my work out buddy, but she's less interested in losing weight that I am.

I am a nerd. I love HP, Doctor Who, 90s cartoons, Young Justice, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.... it's just too cute to not love, anime, manga, sci-fi, ect. I also enjoy writing and being outdoors.

^.^

You're at a great point in your life to start making changes. You get to decide what, when and how you eat. You decide how and when you exercise. You are in charge of you. Always remember that. I'm 53 and have to keep reminding myself I'm the grown up now - no more blaming others for my cirumstances. It's actually very liberating. I still battle temptations, but I try to think about whether I'll actually feel better if I eat that Dorito or will I just stress about it all night, fearing the scale in the morning. I'm learning it's just easier to leave the Dorito. (Besides, who eats just one Dorito?!) Good luck with your new life!
