Never done any strength training. Need advice.

I am a 52 year old mother of 5. I need to incorporate some weight training in my exercise. Could someone direct me to a website or videos to start me out.(key word...free) I know the weight training is beneficial for my bone strength and really need some toning. My boys will be so surprised. :)
