Hello. my name is George and I live in San Diego. I have struggled with weight most of my life and ready to make a change. Just got back on Medifast and already seeing results. I love this website because I can monitor everything I am doing. Looking to get back to the low 200's by the end of the year. I really want to get back into playing tennis tournaments again and limiting injuries. Would be nice to not have any back or HIP soreness because of all the extra weight.
