Does anyone know the distance the Superdome exterior? I walk that on a regular basis and would like to get an idea.

    I'm sure if you can get the stats somewhere online (Iike maybe the square footage), you could guesstimate it? I don't live in NO, but nearby. I dislike going to NO ;)

    The diameter of the dome itself is 680 feet. That would make it 2135ft around or just over 0.4 miles around. If you are walking around the dome outside its probably a little longer than that...maybe half a mile?

    Well, I went and mapped it out. It is just shy of 1/2 mile, so I'm counting it as 1/2 mile around (something like 4.9) anyway, that with walking to and from is good for me.... Thanks...
