After 6 months and dropping 62 pounds of unwanted flab, it's time to give myself a pat on the back.

Just got back the results of my latest bi-annual blood work and I'm a happy Imp!!!

Triglycerides went from 259 to, get this... 76
Blood sugar dropped from 134 to 88.
Ran out of blood pressure pills 2 weeks ago and my blood pressure is still normal.

I am, with the blessings of my family physician, completely drug free. No more pills for the Impish Scoundrel!!!

Now all I have to do is convince my lovely Impette to let me buy my new home gym.

    WOW!!! I can't wait to show this to my brother he is too young to be on the meds he is on and I know if he lost about 60 lbs he would be able to get off of them too!!!! Such an inspiration!!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
