Weight Machines: What do you do?

I'd really appreciate it if people could share their weight machine work outs. What machines do you use? How many reps to do you? How much weight? How many sets? Do you switch everyday?

    I recommend getting the gym staff to show you how to use the machines this should be free or a minimal charge. A trainer is even better as they will show you more on how to use the machines and work with you so that you dont hurt yourself.

    I'm in China, and the personal trainers don't speak English - and I see what they do to their customers, spinning them around in circles and having them walk across a boxing ring - no thank you! :)
