Hi, I have always been chubby and when I grew out of my favorite jeans and t-shirts.... I decided there has to be something I can do. I usually eat homemade food that doesn't show up on any of the other websites like calorie counter except at myfitnesspal. I need to lose my last 10-20 lbs. Everytime I try to lose lbs. I end up gaining by rewarding myself or getting tempted. My little brother is underweight so he gets to eat all the delicious, fatty, sugary, buttery stuff he wants while I look at his face. But I've learned to ignore him by baking all the things I want to eat. I used to not look at the nutrition facts of the things I was eating and that's why I have gained 5-7 lbs in the last 3-4 weeks. I am gonna be a freshmen in high school and I just want to go in as a healthier and prettier person... oh and I'm a girl
14.... my fitness pal should be for over 13.... a lot of kids could benefit if they just gave them a chance....
