Is Nautilus the same as Circuit training?

I do my Nautilus circuit in 20 minutes and it says I burn 168 calories, but that sounds like more than I really burn. Is Nautilus and Circuit the same thing or am I doing it wrong?

If you're moving quickly from machine to machine (<30 seconds), it's definitely circuit training. Nautilus is based on going to absolute failure on every exercise, and you should really be huffing and puffing after that brief workout. I'll bet your calorie count is fairly accurate if your HRM is set up correctly. I loved those Nautilus machines years ago. I belonged to a Nautilus gym that closed down several months after I joined.

Awesome thank you! It is indeed circuit training then. I feel tired and challenged with the weights but I don't feel like it's super hard, so I'll increase all my weights starting today.
