What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't eat all my exercise calories and did 50 minutes on the Elliptical

I went over a little in carbs.

Overall, I am pleased.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? A friend wanted to meet for icecream so we went to TCBY and I had the sugar free Chocolate Swirl waffle cone instead of having the high sugar icecreams. And I just had water at a resturant when friends wanted to meet to eat and catch up - it was after 9 pm.
What would I have done differently?
I need to buy some more veggies for snacks - so I'd like get more nutrition from the foods I'm eating.
What is today's personal goals? Maintain my food diary, attend my Zumba class afterwork, and go to the store and buy some veggies and replace them with some of my normal snacks.0 -

I didn't go over any but there were a couple I didn't meet completely (protein & iron) I think it's where I normally eat a meat for dinner and I made spaghetti w/ no meat yesterday.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked outside for 50 minutes while pushing my little girl in her stroller
What would I have done differently?
Drank more water
What is today's personal goals? Make sure to do some type of exercise since my walking buddy can't walk today. Drink at least 16 - 8oz. cups of water.0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ate a very light dinner (tomato and mozz) because I knew I was already over my calories
What would I have done differently?
no peach cobbler, less butter and cheese on my baked potato for lunch
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and I'm feeling much better, so try to get in 30 minutes of exercise
It's been very frustrating being sick this week ... I haven't exercised since Sunday and have gone over my calories every day - even though it doesn't seem like I'm eating that much ... just really 'bad' things:grumble:0 -
