It's generally anything green and leafy, is this permanent? Or can I assume you are taking some sort of blood thinner?

It's in almost everything to various quantities that likely won't matter (carrots etc) but its really things like Kale, Cabbage, Chard that are loaded with it.

This list has a detailed nutrient breakdown of just about everything.

permanent, I'm on coumadin/lovenox for clotting disorders :( thanks for the website! I'm literally running out of foods I can eat, I have celiac disease (which I tend to ignore, but I'm trying to get back in the habit of it), and fruit acid makes me sick. like if I eat an orange, I get sick. I'm getting fed up with eating anything anymore!

Yeah coumadin is the usual culprit. I would consult with your doctor as it is present in nearly all vegetables to some degree, but there are certain ones that have super high concentrations of it. That site addresses the blood thinner issue on many of those as well.

yeah I knew spinach was high, but I had no idea broccoli and asparagus and kale were so high! gah. I used to eat a serving or two at least once a day, before I knew I had these genetic problems. *headdesk*
