So yesterday I was at the gym and went ahead and decided to weigh myself. I am down to 231! So I went home and reached far back into the closet and got an old but very nice shirt out that I had not worn for 6 years or so, maybe longer. The shirt is XL. When I buy shirts I have to buy XXL. The shirt fits loose! So I wore it today. Ah the wonders of diet and exercise.
